Ardsley Curling Club Membership and Dues Information

• The membership dues structure at Ardsley Curling Club is a flat fee for the season. With the exception of Associate Members, Junior Curlers, High School Curlers, and College Curlers on Holidays/Breaks only, this includes curling in as many leagues as you'd like. There are no "per league" fees.
• All members are allowed to use the ice for practice at no cost any time it is available by reserving it through the Ice Reservation system in the members' section of the website. *NOTE: First year curlers may only reserve practice ice under the supervision of a curler who has played ar least one full year in an organized (non drop-in) league.
  **NOBODY is allowed to be on the ice if they are alone in the building.
• All members are allowed to participate in in-house bonspiels and any of the "friendly" bonspiels. *Additional charge may apply to these events to cover the cost of meals that are provided during the event. 
• All members are allowed to participate on social events (opening and closing dinners, holiday parties, etc.)
• All members have dining priviledges at the Ardsley Country Club (Reservations through the Country Club required. Dress code applies.)
• As a fully volunteer organization, all members are expected to do at LEAST 10 hours of volunteer work for the club throughout the season.

Membership Levels, Descriptions and Prices:
All prices listed include NY State sales tax and membership in the Grand National Curling Club (GNCC)

*Dues may be paid in full by October 15th OR in two equal installments due on October 15th and December 15th.

Associate Member: $150.00/year
Not selectable in Membership and League Sign-up.

• Available only to people who have been full time, league eligible members in the past. 
• May participate in Bonspiels (in-house and friendlies) only. May enter other Bonspiels as an "Ardsley Team." 
• May attend club social events
• May use ice for practice
• No league play is allowed (including drop-in leagues)
• No subbing in league play is allowed

Junior Curler: $250.00/year

• For kids age 12-17
• Participation in Sunday Junior League only
• May participate in in-house Bonspiels and Friendlies
• May sub in adult leagues if all the following conditions are met:
  -Parent or Guardian remains in the building at all times the junior curler is present
  -Approval of the League Chair
  -Approval of the Skip of the team on which the junior curler is subbing

High School Curler: $400.00/year

• Ages 16+ only by October 1st
• Must have curled for a minimum of 2 years
• MUST participate in the Sunday Junior League
• May also participate in 1 adult league with League Chair's approval
• May participate in in-house Bonspiels and Friendlies
• May participate in club social events

College Curler (Holidays/Breaks Only): $250.00/year

• College Students age 17-24 who attend a non-local college
• May substitute in leagues and participate in any club events when home for holidays or school breaks

College Curler (Local): $500.00/year

• Full curling privileges including participation in one or more leagues, substituting, participation in club events and activities, and use of club facilities
• During the curling season, Ardsley Country Club dining privileges are available. (Reservations through the Country Club are required. Dress code applies)

First Year Curler: $500.00/year

• Adults 21 and older who are new to the sport of curling
• This discounted membership rate does not apply to curlers transferring from other curling clubs, college curling programs, or to curlers who are returning to the sport after a period of inactivity
• Full curling privileges including participation in one or more leagues, substituting, participation in club events, and use of club facilities
• During the curling season, Ardsley Country Club dining privileges are available. (Reservations through the Country Club are required. Dress code applies)

Second Year Curler: $660.00/year

• Second Year Curler—Adults 21 and older who have previously curled for one season, either in juniors, college or at any curling club
• Full curling privileges including participation in one or more leagues, substituting, participation in club events, and use of club facilities
• During the curling season, Ardsley Country Club dining privileges are available. (Reservations through the Country Club are required. Dress code applies)

Regular Curler Under 30: $700.00/year

• Adults under 30 years old as of October 1 of this curling season who have previously curled for 2 or more seasons in juniors, college, or at any curling club
• Full curling privileges including participation in one or more leagues, substituting, participation in club events, and use of club facilities
• During the curling season, Ardsley Country Club dining privileges are available. (Reservations through the Country Club are required. Dress code applies)

Regular Curler 30 and over: $890.00/year

• Adults 30 or older as of October 1 of this curling season who have previously curled for 2 or more seasons in juniors, college, or at any curling club
• Full curling privileges including participation in one or more leagues, substituting, participation in club events, and use of club facilities
• During the curling season, Ardsley Country Club dining privileges are available. (Reservations through the Country Club are required. Dress code applies)

Senior Curler: $445.00/year

• Seniors who are 75 or older as of October 1 of this year AND will only curl in one league per week AND who have been a member of the Ardsley Curling Club for at least 15 years
• Full curling privileges including participation in one or more leagues, substituting, participation in club events, and use of club facilities
• During the curling season, Ardsley Country Club dining privileges are available. (Reservations through the Country Club are required. Dress code applies)

All new members will be asked to pay a $250.00* fee upon sign-up. This fee will be credited toward your membership fee. 
*$125.00 initial fee for a Junior Membership
