Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the event. You will be contacted by our Event Management Team to let you know if your team has a slot in the event. Therefore no payment will be taken at time of registration. A payment link will be included in your acceptance email should your team be accepted into the event. We will only accept 2 away teams per club unless the event doesn't fill up, at which point we will give preference to teams with fifth year curlers. An "away" team is a team that consists of at least two people who are not members of the Ardsley Curling Club.

We are pleased to announce that Brooms Up Curling Supplies will be on site at the Cool Duck with their mobile shop. This is a great opportunity to restock your curling supplies, replace your grippers, or even buy your curling shoes or a new broom.

Hotel Information: We are currently in the process of working out an arrangement with a nearby hotel to get the best room rate possible. Stay tuned for further information once we have a deal in place. 

Important Note: Sunday, Nov. 6th is the day of the New York City Marathon. If you are staying at the official bonspiel hotel, this should not affect you. If you are planning to stay in the five boroughs of NYC or Long Island, please plan your travel to the club on that day accordingly, as many roads and bridges will be closed at various times.

Only people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be allowed intot he Ardsley Curling Club for the 2022-2023 season. This includes players, spectators, and guests.
