Open Format
Any combination of women and/or men is acceptable, as long as
they’re all 5-and-under. Current regional member dues must be paid.
Entry Deadline and Restrictions
Registration opens on Monday, August 19, 2019, at 11:00 AM (EDT).
All entries must be received by October 12, 2019.

| Due to the popularity of this event, this year's registration process has changed. REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY! The event has a 32-team maximum and a 2-team per club limit. The registration committee will review event entries to determine if all criteria have been met and will notify teams of their acceptance after August 26. If the event has not filled by August 26, additional teams from clubs that have already met the 2-team per club limit may be accepted. The entry fee of $360 per team is not required at the time of registration and will be collected upon notification of acceptance into the event. |
First draws - important!
All teams should expect to play on Thursday. Teams should not register if there is even a chance they cannot make the first draw.
Every year, a full 95% of teams ask for afternoon draws. Obviously we cannot accommodate all of those requests. First draw times cannot be guaranteed. If you are registering a team, please be sure that all members of your team will be fully available to play as early as 8 am on Thursday, October 31. In past years, several last-minute switches from teams that did not fully commit affected other teams and the 3-game guarantee.
