Click the button below, which will open a new window in which you must electronically sign your Waiver/Covid Declaration of Compliance. After completing and submitting that form, you may then close that window and return to this page. You must then click the "Continue with Sign-up" button.
If you are an adult (18+) use the Adult Participant Only (18+) link.
If you are registering a junior curler, use the "Adult + Minor Participant(s)" link.
If your pop-up blocker prevents the window from opening and you don't know how to turn it off, simply click the "Continue with Sign-up" button to complete your registration. You must then use the "Waivers" link in the members menu to electronically sign your Waiver/Covid Declaration of Compliance.
